Returns

Simon Philip Interiors will accept returns of stock items with in 14 days of receipt, this only applies to none bespoke products. Any item that is cut to size or made to measure will not be eligible for a refund(eg. Fabric, Curtains and Trim).

Before placing an order with Simon Philip Interiors, we strongly advise ordering samples wherever available to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.

For your return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must contact our team prior to sending any items back for a refund via the return and refund form.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. In the unlikely event you should discover any defects, damages, or if you’ve received an incorrect item, kindly notify us immediately via the returns and refund form. We are committed to evaluating the issue and ensuring it’s promptly rectified.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
